Responsibilities:
• Procurement & Vendor Support:
o Assist in procurement and finance processes, including vendor onboarding, sourcing support, and contract lifecycle coordination
o Maintain awareness of vendor lifecycle stages to ensure compliance and process alignment
o Support contract documentation and validation activities
• Vendor Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
o Act as a coordination point for vendor communications and stakeholder interactions
o Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure timely completion
o Proactively follow up on pending actions and escalate risks where required
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Perform spend analysis and track procurement metrics to identify trends and insights
o Maintain and update reporting dashboards using Excel or procurement tools
o Support opportunity pipeline tracking for cost optimization initiatives
• Process Optimization & Cost Efficiency:
o Identify opportunities for cost savings, elimination of duplication, and workflow efficiency improvements
o Analyze procurement and vendor usage patterns to recommend optimization strategies
o Document findings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Agile Delivery & Documentation:
o Work within an Agile delivery model, supporting sprint-based execution and backlog management
o Document processes, improvement recommendations, and operational updates
o Ensure adherence to structured workflows and governance standards

Qualifications:
• Minimum three years of recent experience in procurement, vendor management, or operations
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of an Associate's degree required, over the High School Degree, whichever is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis with the ability to generate insights, track metrics, and support reporting
• Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle processes, procurement workflows, and contract coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
