What You'll Do
  • Support end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing activities, including RF(x) processes such as RFP, RFQ, and RFI management and supplier communications
  • Coordinate procurement projects by tracking milestones, deliverables, supplier timelines, and cost savings initiatives
  • Partner with Category Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to execute sourcing strategies and drive additional business value
  • Manage purchase orders, supplier records, vendor data, pricing updates, and ERP system accuracy to ensure continuity of supply
  • Assist with supplier onboarding, compliance management, supplier performance tracking, and issue resolution
  • Support contract lifecycle management, including supplier agreements, renewals, documentation, and procurement compliance tracking
  • Analyze procurement, purchasing, and supply chain data to prepare reports, KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights
  • Maintain cloud-based visibility to procurement priorities while aligning suppliers and internal stakeholders to timelines and deliverables
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement operations, purchasing processes, sourcing workflows, and system efficiencies
  • Provide coordination and follow-through that enables teams to execute effectively and remain accountable

What You'll Need
  • Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field (or 5+ years of relevant experience instead of a degree)
  • 3+ years of purchasing or procurement experience required, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of RF(x) processes, procurement operations, purchasing procedures, and strategic sourcing fundamentals
  • Experience with ERP systems, including JDE, Oracle, or equivalent platforms, along with Microsoft Office applications
