Job Description:
A major global tech company's Shared Service Center is looking for a sharp, process-driven Procurement Specialist to own the full Procure-to-Pay cycle across North and South America. This is not a passive coordination role - you'll be managing real vendor relationships, driving competitive bidding, and keeping procurement operations running accurately and efficiently across a complex, cross-regional stakeholder base. Strong extension potential with real visibility into large-scale global procurement operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the full Procure-to-Pay cycle end-to-end - from purchase request through PO issuance, invoice matching, and payment coordination - with accuracy and speed
  • Drive competitive bidding processes including RFQ/RFP documentation, contract negotiation, and framework agreement execution
  • Hold vendors accountable to SLA and lead-time commitments, proactively flagging and resolving performance gaps
  • Serve as the go-to resource for day-to-day procurement and billing issues, resolving them efficiently to keep operations running
  • Partner with IT, Logistics, HR outsourcing, and TPA teams across North and South America to ensure procurement alignment and compliance
  • Monitor procurement metrics including SLA compliance, lead times, and cost performance, supporting process improvement initiatives
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce cycle times and increase procurement efficiency across the Shared Service Center

Requirements:
  • 2-4+ years of procurement or P2P experience, indirect spend preferred
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of end-to-end P2P workflows (PR โ†’ PO โ†’ Invoice โ†’ Payment)
  • Proficiency in Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent procurement systems
  • Proven ability to manage supplier negotiations, contract execution, and SLA tracking
  • Strong cross-functional communicator who can manage stakeholders across multiple regions and functions
  • Portuguese and English fluency (spoken and written) - required for day-to-day communication with stakeholders across North and South America
