As a Lead, Digital Procurement Transformation, you will play a key role in evolving our Procurement function by driving the adoption of technology, automation, and artificial intelligence.

You will work at the intersection of Procurement, IT, Data & Analytics, and Finance to modernize end-to-end processes-from sourcing to payment.

Your objective: generate measurable value, improve efficiency, and enable smarter business decisions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:


Strategy & Innovation
  • Define and lead the digital procurement and AI strategy
  • Build an ambitious Source-to-Pay transformation roadmap
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader on market trends (AI, automation, digital tools)
Technology & Platforms
  • Own the vision for key systems (ERP, sourcing, CLM, supplier risk management, P2P)
  • Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of tools
  • Maximize the value of platforms such as SAP, Coupa, or equivalents
Value Creation
  • Define and track KPIs related to digital and AI initiatives
  • Quantify gains: cost, efficiency, lead times, risk reduction
  • Drive continuous improvement through data and user feedback
Adoption & Change Management
  • Support global teams in adopting tools
  • Develop digital and AI capabilities
  • Influence leaders and act as a strategic advisor
Governance & Collaboration
  • Establish governance for data, tools, and AI solutions

Expected qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, IT, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, transformation, or analytics
  • 5+ years leading large-scale technology initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay
  • Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or applied data
  • Proficiency with SAP, Coupa, or similar tools
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (strong asset)
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Experience in change management
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Experience in a global environment
