The Senior Finance Manager - Procurement & Logistics Leader serves as a strategic finance partner to the Global Procurement and Logistics organization, providing financial leadership, business insight, and decision support across sourcing, procurement and logistics activities. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, improving cost transparency, enabling productivity initiatives, and supporting strategic supply chain decisions that optimize profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will partner closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Business Finance leaders to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and deliver sustainable value creation across the enterprise.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Typically has 8-10 years of experience in Business Finance and typically 2-4 years leadership experience, managing direct reports.
  • Experience supporting and partnering with the Global Procurement and Logistics leadership teams within manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Advanced in Excel and proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
  • Oracle/SAP ERP
  • Travel: Potential international travel 1-2 times a year.
  • Location: Hybrid: North Canton, Ohio

  • Serve as the primary finance business partner to Global Procurement and Logistics leadership teams.
  • Influence strategic decisions through fact-based financial analysis and actionable insights.
  • Provide financial guidance for sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, logistics network design, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Support long-range planning, annual operating plans (AOP), forecasts, and strategic business reviews.
  • Lead analysis of Material Price Variance (MPV), freight costs, tariffs, logistics expenses, and supply chain-related cost drivers.
  • Drive visibility into cost performance versus forecast, budget, and prior year.
  • Identify opportunities to improve gross margin, reduce cost inflation impacts, and increase operating leverage.
  • Partner with Procurement teams to validate savings initiatives and track financial benefits
  • Own forecasting and reporting processes for sourcing and logistics-related costs. 
  • Improve forecast accuracy through robust analytics, risk assessment, and business engagement. 
  • Develop financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards that provide meaningful insights into supply chain financial performance. 
  • Drive transparency around sourcing and logistics economics, key risks, and mitigation plans. 
  • Leverage data analytics, AI, and digital tools to enhance reporting efficiency and decision support.
