Job Description: The Sr. Analyst, Procurement will be responsible for reviewing collision shop procurement performance data and communicating findings to leadership, coordinating training efforts, and assisting in the development and communication of procurement SOPs. This role will develop and communicate new Procurement Policies for the organization as well as communicate, train and establish reporting to support the new policies.

This role will also create a suite of KPIs/dashboards/Reports in Domo to monitor the performance of suppliers and shop's parts performance. Key Job Responsibilities Responsible for developing, documenting, communicating and training Procurement practices Responsible for developing Procurement policies for the company and ensuring clear communication to the organization Develop supplier KPI and risk management tools/reports in conjunction with the supply chain team Analyze procurement data - highlighting risks and trends, drawing insights/stories and providing direction to the organization on actions to improve Interpret data and determine shop-level behaviors that need to be adjusted Monitor the organization's gross profit and buying behaviors and provide recommendations based on finding Coordinate training efforts to improve the procurement process Take the initiative to improve processes within the space of procurement analytics Responsible for developing and communicating procurement SOPs Utilize systems such as Domo, Smart Sheets, and Excel for reporting Act as a liaison between the procurement department, finance and shop operations Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems Education and/or Experience Required Bachelor in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement preferred A minimum of 5 years previous experience in Data Analytics preferred Experience in an analytical role requiring data analysis/data analyst skill sets and creating KPIs/Reports, etc. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques Advanced knowledge of data analytics platforms.

Domo experience is a plus. Certifications related to Procurement/Supply Chain/Data Analytics preferred Intermediate-to-advanced MS Excel skills - Pivot table, Vlookup, Graphs, Charts, Formulas, etc. Knowledge/understanding of procurement & supply chain issues/considerations - desirable Ability to present data and draw insights Collision Experience is preferred Required Skills/Abilities Effectively handle a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multitasking ability while working under pressure Attend recommended training and workshops Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Excels at building and maintaining business relationships Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Participate in cross-functional team projects as needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Eager to take initiative and make continuous improvements to processes Other Requirements Preference for candidates to work at least 2x per week in our Rosemont, IL Corporate Headquarters Ability to utilize Google Suite for managing internal business controls Capable of working independently and with minimum supervision Please note, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
