SkillBridge permits you to use up to the last 180 days of service to train and learn with an industry partner. During SkillBridge participation, you continue to receive military compensation, and you are covered by your military benefits. Release for SkillBridge is always mission-dependent and your unit Commander must authorize participation prior to entering into any agreement with interested industry employment partners.

POSITION SUMMARY: With general supervision, the Procurement Data Analyst assists the Senior Procurement Data Analyst and/or Category leaders with stakeholder needs analyses, including collecting and analyzing data from disparate sources, performing market and industry trend analysis, evaluating supply sources, and preparing and communicating results to stakeholders. This role also provides key assistance with overall category initiatives including coordination of supplier management activities.

The Department of Defense (DOD) SkillBridge program is for transitioning military members during their last 180 days of active duty. Military members who are selected for the program are not employed by Republic Services or compensated by the Company. The DOD will continue to maintain the military member's current rate of pay and benefits while in the SkillBridge program.
