Join our team as a Procurement Systems Analyst, contributing to the success of small and minority-owned business programs within the federal acquisition landscape. In this role, you'll leverage your skills in data analysis, procurement systems, and outreach coordination to promote economic inclusion and improve agency performance toward small business goals. This position provides a unique opportunity to support ONR's mission through operational support and strategic data insights.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Procurement Systems Analyst: $75,000 to $85,000
Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Procurement Systems Analyst Responsibilities Include:
As a Procurement Systems Analyst, the individual contributes to application development using
Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Power BI, and other development tools, emphasizing the use of technology to enhance organizational efficiency and functionality aligned with broader goals. The tasks are as follows:
  • Run metrics reports and queries to support data quality and data management activities related to various acquisition activities.
  • Develop applications in Power Platform and utilizing other DOW, DON, and ONR develop tools and environments.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to meet customer needs by loading, extracting and presenting data from multiple data sources to track and publish statistical data on ONR acquisition and assistance awards.
  • Assist with gathering data to respond to data calls and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
  • Provide oversight and monitor acquisition information system requests within the ticketing system
  • Provide system administration assistance in support of Federal, DoD, and Navy eBusiness- related systems such as running reports, activities involved with activation/deactivation of accounts, administrative support that assist eBusiness with gathering data and auditing of accounts, troubleshooting eBusiness system applications as problems arise or reported in the ticketing system.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Procurement Systems Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in federal procurement, acquisition data analysis, or information technology business support.
  • Proficiency using software programs and applications to include Microsoft Office 365 Suite, SharePoint, Azure, Power Platform (Power Automate (&Desktop), Power BI, Power Apps), SQL databases and other development programming languages and integrated development environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities and event coordination.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal and ONR.
