ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is a team dedicated to building fulfilling careers and supporting work-life balance. As a Procurement Data Analyst, you will transform procurement data into actionable insights that drive strategic sourcing, operational efficiency, and supplier performance. You will play a crucial role in implementing reporting, auditing, and measurement for both Indirect and Direct Procurement, delivering essential analysis to help achieve organizational goals. This role also supports our clients corporate responsibility efforts in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) through comprehensive reporting, analysis, and project management. You will partner closely with suppliers, category managers, and internal stakeholders to support strategic sourcing initiatives and drive high levels of procurement adoption. WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Function as the main point of contact for all reporting and analysis activities within the Procurement organization
  • Develop and maintain detailed procurement reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to monitor KPIs and performance
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements; utilize spend data platforms to improve analytics and maintain categorization
  • Support sourcing and category teams with spend analysis, cost modeling, supplier benchmarking, and RFP processes
  • Prepare regular MIS and executive summaries for leadership review
  • Oversee ESG metric reporting and lead related projects to support sustainability objectives, including glass recycling, waste diversion, supplier diversity, and scope emissions
  • Automate dashboards and perform routine quality checks to ensure data accuracy across ERP and S2P (Source-to-Pay) systems
  • Conduct procurement audits, oversee monthly spend and supplier reporting audits, and provide ad-hoc data analysis for cross-functional teams
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and compliance with organizational standards
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align procurement strategies with organizational goals and support procurement adoption
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure procurement activities align with budgetary constraints
  • Analyze market pricing trends and conduct cost-benefit analyses
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, finance, business analytics, and/or ESG sustainability
  • Advanced analytical skills, including strong Excel competence, data modeling, and data mining; ability to turn raw information into strategic intelligence
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Experience with ERP and e-procurement systems (e.g., Fusion, Coupa, NetSuite)
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, Simfoni, SAP Concur, Engie, and/or ServiceChannel platforms (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
  • Understanding of sustainability practices and supplier diversity; familiarity with sustainable procurement practices, ESG principles, CDP, and relevant regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Business acumen across Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills regarding supplier spending, spend categorizations, spend auditing, and ability to identify spend improvement opportunities leveraging data
  • Indirect Procurement functional knowledge
