The Senior Procurement Analyst is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and long-term business growth. This role partners closely with Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to modernize business processes, develop analytics and reporting solutions, automate manual activities, and advance the organization's data and analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem solver with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a multi-year procurement data and analytics roadmap aligned with business strategy and organizational objectives.
  • Partner with Procurement and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, data transformation, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement scalable data integration solutions that connect business processes, systems, and external data sources while supporting future enterprise system initiatives.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, forecasting models, and self-service analytics tools that provide meaningful business insights and performance visibility.
  • Translate complex business challenges into analytical frameworks, actionable recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, analytics platforms, artificial intelligence, and machine learning capabilities to enhance decision-making and business performance.
  • Establish and support scalable data governance, reporting standards, and integration processes that can be leveraged across future acquisitions and enterprise growth initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration, execute strategic initiatives, and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts by reducing manual processes, standardizing workflows, and implementing automated solutions.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced technical training or certifications in analytics, business intelligence, or data management are a plus.

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience utilizing tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query, or similar technologies.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and broader Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, operations, or business management functions preferred.
  • Proven experience developing dashboards, reports, data models, and process automation solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Experience driving data governance, systems integration, or enterprise transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • Experience evaluating and applying emerging technologies, including AI-enabled analytics solutions, preferred.

  • Ability to travel up to 5% as business needs require.
