Job description

UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire an Order Processor for our Owings Mills, Maryland location.
UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.
The primary responsibilities of this position is as follows:
Department: Administration
Reports To: Order Processing Manager
FLSA Status: Full Time / Hourly
Purpose
The position is responsible for communication with sales administrators, sales representatives and finance partners to obtain the appropriate paperwork to invoice and fund equipment sales.
Responsibilities
The Order Processor will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming equipment, software, and other orders. Duties include verifying the sales order package for accuracy and working with Sales, Administration and Operations until the order is complete, accurate, billed and funded.
  • Processing equipment orders and billing for rental and sales of equipment
  • Processing national account ship-in orders
  • Working closely with finance partners and sales/sales admin teams
  • Processing trade-ins
  • Indexing sales packets and pulling delivery paperwork into workflow
  • Extensive billing experience required
  • Other duties as assigned
