Position Description Overview:

HumanTouch, LLC is seeking a seasoned, mission-focused Account Executive to lead our Strategy and Growth efforts within the Department of Defense (DOD) and Intelligence Community (IC) markets. This executive-level position will drive new business, shape strategic growth initiatives, and develop client relationships that align with our mission of delivering exceptional IT modernization, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and programmatic support services to national security clients.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in the DOD and IC ecosystem, combined with a track record in business development and strategic delivery, will elevate HumanTouch's posture as a trusted partner in this critical space.


Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy aligned with HumanTouch’s core capabilities and the evolving mission needs of DOD/IC clients.

  • Identify and prioritize strategic pursuits across intelligence and defense agencies including but not limited to Air Force/Space Force, DIA, NGA, Cyber Command, USSoCom.

  • Shape and qualify opportunities through direct client engagement, partner collaboration, and market intelligence.

Capture Management & Proposal Leadership

  • Serve as Capture Lead for opportunities overseeing pre-RFP positioning, win strategy development, and teaming arrangements.

  • Collaborate with proposal teams to lead technical solutioning, pricing strategy, and compliant, compelling proposal responses.

  • Leverage relationships to influence procurement approaches and increase P-win.

Client & Partner Engagement

  • Cultivate senior-level relationships with federal program managers, acquisition officials, and technical stakeholders.

  • Engage in strategic partnerships and joint ventures to strengthen HumanTouch’s competitive positioning.

  • Represent HumanTouch at industry events, conferences, and forums as a thought leader and brand ambassador.

Strategic Planning & Internal Collaboration

  • Partner with HumanTouch delivery teams to align capabilities with client needs and emerging technology trends.

  • Inform investment decisions for capability development, talent acquisition, and technology alliances.

  • Track pipeline health, revenue targets, and growth KPIs through regular executive reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Proven executive experience in business development, capture, and delivery within the DOD and IC environment.

  • PMP certified (or equivalent experience managing large federal contracts).

  • Deep understanding of government contracting vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, etc.) and procurement processes.

  • Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex, high-value pursuits.

  • Strong relationships across the national security ecosystem, with preference for experience at or supporting organizations.
