Your role
We are looking for an Executive Team Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Regional Leadership Team, including the Central Region Director and regional executives. This role is critical to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective coordination across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide administrative support to the Regional Director and regional leadership team
Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Serve as a key point of contact for internal partners and stakeholders across the region
Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and executive communications
Coordinate regional meetings, offsites, and leadership events
Support execution of administrative, risk management, and operational policies
Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive and executive-level information
