Job description

Overview
We are looking for hardworking, adaptable Production & Processing Associates to join our food processing team. In this role, you will participate in daily processing, packaging, and handling of meat products in a fast-paced production environment.
Because our facility operates across multiple specialized lines, this role offers cross-training opportunities in various departments (including Prep, Processing, Packaging, and Sanitation). We are looking for team members who take pride in food safety, enjoy physical work, and are eager to learn different stages of the production line.
Skills and Experience
Physical Capacity: Ability to consistently lift, carry, push, and pull 50 to 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout an 8- to 10-hour shift.
Environmental Tolerance: Ability to work comfortably in cold environment conditions (typically maintained between 35°F and 40°F) for full shifts.
Flexibility & Willingness to Learn: High adaptability and eagerness to learn multiple department roles through cross-training initiatives.
Bilingual Preferred: Strong preference for candidates who are bilingual (English / Spanish)
Standing & Movement: Ability to stand on concrete floors, bend, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive hand/arm movements for extended periods.
Prior Experience: Previous experience in meat packing, food processing, industrial manufacturing, or cold-storage environments is a plus, but we are open to training candidates with strong work ethics.
