ABOUT THE POSITION
Position supports the production needs of the group in various areas. Process Associate will support manufacturing function in delivering best quality product and will work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Performing hand assembly of small parts in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment
  • Loading and unloading small parts onto a high temperture furnace conveyor.
  • Perform product inspections under magnificationon on small parts.
  • Using tools to connect small, delicate components to another component.
  • Operate small assembly equipment throughout the manufacturing process
  • Perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Able to read and follow work instructions, including basic manufacturing drawings/depictions.
  • Able to contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • U.S. Persons.
  • Ability to be flexible and learn multiple assembly roles.
  • High attention to detail and ability to read and follow technical drawings, specifications and written instructions.
  • Ability to work with and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to lift and move upwards of 50 Ibs.
  • Able to work flexible schedules when required.
