KMTC USA Corporation is the U.S. subsidiary of Korea Marine Transport Co., Ltd. (KMTC), a global container carrier headquartered in Korea. KMTC operates an international container shipping network connecting major trade lanes across Asia and other regions. Job Summary

Support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, and month-end close activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow in an international company environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) transactions
  • Perform invoice validation, matching, and payment processing
  • Assist with cash application and bank reconciliations
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  • Prepare basic financial reports and assist with audit requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
  • This role may require flexibility to support evolving business and operational needs


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, administrative, or coordination roles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. (Form I-9 verification required upon hire)
  • Shipping or logistics experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be able to work onsite at the assigned office location
