Position Summary

Gummi World is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Assistant to support both our Human Resources and daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys variety in their workday and wants to grow their experience in HR, administration, and employee support.

In this role, you’ll help create a positive employee experience by assisting with onboarding, scheduling, office coordination, employee communications, and administrative support across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, professional, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Support
  • Assist with recruiting activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

  • Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes to ensure a welcoming employee experience.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in both digital and physical files.

  • Assist employees with general HR questions and direct inquiries appropriately.

  • Help coordinate employee trainings, engagement activities, and company events.

  • Support benefits enrollment administration and employee paperwork processing.

  • Assist with maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

  • Track HR-related data including attendance, training completion, and employee documentation.

Administrative & Office Support
  • Serve as a friendly first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors.

  • Answer phones, manage incoming emails, and route communications appropriately.

  • Coordinate meeting schedules, calendars, conference rooms, and office events.

  • Order and maintain office supplies and general office organization.

  • Assist leadership with data entry, reporting, document preparation, and special projects.

  • Support day-to-day office operations to ensure an organized and efficient workplace.

  • Help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment.

QualificationsRequired
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or customer support role.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Rippling, or similar platforms.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
