Job description

ABOUT CONDON-JOHNSON & ASSOCIATES:
We are an innovative geotechnical construction contractor that is recognized for designing and building complex foundation systems for commercial, heavy civil and industrial projects throughout the Western United States. Our district offices are located in Oakland, Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Portland and Bozeman.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
This full-time position will work directly with the team and assist with the following:
  • Answer phones
  • Organize packing slips and paperwork
  • Creates expense reports
  • Creates purchase orders
  • Miscellaneous filing, scanning, copying
  • Assists with keeping merchandise stocked for the field
  • Keeping office organized with supplies
  • Vendor management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Processing invoices
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Assist as needed with new hire and employee documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in an office position
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office Suite

**Forklift certified or willingness to be trained on a forklift preferred but not required
