POSITION OVERVIEW
The Processing Specialist I provides transactional and administrative support to the Customer Service/Product Support function. This role is responsible for routine customer communications, order entry, warranty processing, and accurate data management while following established procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and text messaging using established scripts, tools, and procedures.
  • Collect required customer and order information and accurately create and update cases within the support ticketing system.
  • Enter and process warranty and non-warranty orders in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Set up and process warranty exchanges under defined guidelines.
  • Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to resolve basic shipping issues and order discrepancies.
  • Assist customers with website sales inquiries and guided transaction support.
  • Participate in departmental projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT TO BRING
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • 1+ years of customer service or administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to sit or remain stationary for extended periods of time.
