Job description

Banquet Server

Banquet Servers are needed to work weddings, luncheons, dinners, and various social events at prestigious Meadow Brook Hall in Rochester, MI. Primarily weekends and evenings. Shifts are available based on scheduled events.

Experience is preferred.

Part-time

Hourly wage varies depending upon experience.

The wage detail can be discussed further during the interview process.

High level of experience in related venue can/will earn a premium wage

Banquet Servers are needed to work weddings, luncheons, dinners, and various social events at MBH.

Primarily weekends and evenings. Shifts are contingent of booked events.

Experience is preferred.

Part-time Guaranteed Hourly Wage Range TBD

Example of possible scheduled shifts 3pm-11pm, 5pm-12am, 5pm-1am, 10am-2pm

8am-3pm, etc...

Details:

Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Serve our guests in a professional manner as directed by dining room manager, assistant manager, captains, etc...

Ensures working areas remain clean.

Empties trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when a Manager requests.

Restocks and prepares supplies for shift change and/or close.

Performs opening/closing responsibilities, including party breakdown/sidework.

Assists in cleanliness and organization of all service storage areas.

Assists in event space setup.

Assists other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate.

Must be punctual & ready to perform requested duties upon arrival

Must arrive in uniform & maintain a professional appearance & demeanor

Required to be able to lift 25lbs or more.

Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.
