Job Overview

Coordinate and complete the following functions across sections:

1. Analysis and improvement of quality products yield, utilization, and First Time Yield

2. Improvement of mass production process monitoring and anomaly analysis

3. Risk assessment and improvement of new product/material/process/equipment introduction

4. Implementation of improvement measures for batch quality problems

5. Customer complaint analysis and improvement

6. Field audit support for mass production customers

7. File system maintenance


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrochemistry, materials, mechanical automation, etc.
  2. 6-8 years of relevant working experience is preferred
  3. 4 or more years of experience in battery equipment design or battery back-end process improvement is preferred
  4. Master the basic principles of product and process design
  5. Familiar with the basic knowledge of electrochemistry
  6. Master the basic operation of Microsoft Office software, Minitab, JMP and other data analysis software
  7. Master engineering methods such as 6sigma, DOE, MSA, SPC, FMEA and 8D
  8. Clear logical thinking, strong communication and coordination ability and management ability
  9. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  10. Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
