Job description

We are seeking a Process and Quality Manager to join the team in Florida. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building and strengthening a process-driven manufacturing and quality environment, with direct impact on plant performance and long-term operational excellence.

What You'll Do as the Process and Quality Manager:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations, including molding, finishing, and assembly
  • Develop and implement standardized processes, control plans, and quality systems aligned with ISO 9001 principles
  • Shift the organization from inspection-based quality to process-driven execution
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using tools like 8D, DMAIC, FMEA, and SPC
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain to improve performance and reduce variability
  • Establish and maintain quality management systems that are practical, scalable, and used on the floor
  • Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support customer and supplier quality initiatives, including audits and performance reviews
  • Coach and develop teams on process discipline, quality fundamentals, and continuous improvement

Must-Haves as the Process and Quality Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, process engineering, or operational excellence
  • Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 systems implementation or management
