Join CSI, a growing leader in stainless-steel process systems for the food, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Were looking for a driven Project Manager to lead piping and process system projects from concept through completion.

What Youll Do

  • Manage multiple phases of projects from initiation to closing
  • Develop quotes, proposals, and project scopes
  • Design process piping systems with Engineering support
  • Create P&IDs and layouts
  • Coordinate with customers, field crews, and subcontractors
  • Track project cost, schedule, and performance
  • Maintain project schedules (MS Project / Gantt charts)
  • Support installation teams and manage work at job sites as needed
  • Provide project updates to customers and ensure overall satisfaction

Education & Training

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Management or related field preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

Experience

  • 23 years of related service and repair experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 23 years of experience in:
    • Project management
    • Sanitary process industry
    • Industrial food system processing environments

Work Environment & Travel

  • MondayFriday schedule (40+ hours typical)
  • Frequent travel to customer sites across the U.S.
  • Occasional nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed
