Job Title: Business Transformation Architect
Location: Edmonton, AB
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Business Transformation Architect with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will lead transformation initiatives and support organizational change, modernization, and operational excellence programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Develop transformation roadmaps, target operating models, and implementation strategies.
  • Support customer, citizen, and patient-focused service transformation programs.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to drive organizational change.
  • Conduct current-state and future-state assessments.
  • Support governance, compliance, and regulatory initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvement.
  • Facilitate transformation workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with architecture, delivery, and business teams.
  • Monitor transformation outcomes and business value realization.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Business Transformation Architect within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation and modernization programs.
  • Strong understanding of operating models, business architecture, and change management.
  • Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, and governance initiatives.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and leadership teams.
