Client & Stakeholder Management

  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with airport authorities, airlines, government agencies, sub-consultants, and contractors.
  •  Represent BNP in client meetings, site visits, and commissioning activities.
  •  Manage client expectations and resolve issues with professionalism and sound judgment.

Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and hold team members accountable to project timelines.
  •  Mentor junior project staff and support their professional development.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  •  Prepare regular project status reports for internal project team members and clients.
  • Track project metrics and identify opportunities to improve delivery timelines and processes.
  • Contribute to lessons-learned reviews and help refine BNP's project management standards.

Qualifications

  •  5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Baggage Handling Systems (mechanical, electrical, controls, and installation), with additional experience in infrastructure, engineering, or construction environments a plus.
  •  Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from design through construction completion preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts on large-scale technical projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Education

  •  Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  •  PMP or other professional project management certification preferred but not required.

Working Conditions
