Salary: $50/hr

The Odigo Group is seeking a Business/Project Manager. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence at scale. Must have prior project management experience working on a Microsoft project or engagement and be v-eligible upon hire.

In this role, you will own critical business operations, including rhythm of the business (ROB) planning and execution, cross-functional coordination, executive reporting, and process optimization. You will also support business planning through data analysis, helping translate operational data into actionable insights that inform decision-making.

The role requires strong fluency in Microsoft tools and systems to deliver clarity, improve operational efficiency, and ensure initiatives are landed with excellence.

The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, executive communication skills, proven adaptability in ambiguous environments, and experience navigating Microsofts processes, culture, and stakeholders to accelerate results.


Responsibilities
