Job description

The successful candidate will integrate the various information systems providing key process data to the management team. The successful candidate will propose information technology solutions using modern best practice IT solutions. The position may involve management of outside contractors implementing software solutions?. This position requires someone who is highly motivated, a self-starter and a very good communicator.?

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Management - coordination with stakeholders
  • Architect an information system for the company
  • Lead Dx Kaizen Projects for ITA
  • Digitalization - Facilitate communication between software systems.
    • EDI
    • ERP
    • MES
    • HRMS
    • QMS
  • Automate reporting functions
  • Create management dashboards
  • Other duties as assigned.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Owns information technology system

SUPERVISION:

  • Operations Technology
  • Dx Team
  • Steering Committee

ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Self-motivated, able to perform role with minimal supervision, taking on ownership and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • Solid working knowledge SQL, HTML, Software development languages used in the back end of business software systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Good communication skills

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  • Be able to lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to wear proper safety gear/PPE as needed.
  • Repetitive standing, bending, turning, and twisting for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach at arm's length, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Must be able to pass drug/alcohol test and background screen.
  • Use of both hands, arms, and shoulders (full range of motion)
