It strengthens supply chain resilience, modernizes procurement, and supports Ontario- and Canada-focused economic development through enterprise-wide Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangeents, a new procurement portal, and partnerships with shared services organizations. Champion collaboration and organizational excellence

  • Build strong relationships across the OPS, BPS, and broader public and private sectors
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and lead a high-performing, diverse team focused on accountability and engagement
  • Partner with executive peers to advance enterprise-wide priorities and service excellence

Qualifications

  • Credentials & Experience: Degree in finance, accounting, or related field with CPA, plus 12+ years of progressive experience, including senior leadership of a finance or corporate services function in a public sector environment.
  • Financial & Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, controllership, and risk management, with experience navigating complex funding, reporting, and legislative frameworks.
