• Business process mapping (As Is / To Be), gap analysis, solution blueprinting.
• Creation of BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, Process Flows, Data Mapping.
• Leads UAT planning, test case validation, business sign-offs.
• Provides SME guidance during integration, testing, and deployment.
Domain Expertise
• AMI event lifecycle: reads, intervals, tamper alerts, outage events.
• MDMS functionalities: VEE, aggregation, estimations, meter exchanges.
• Billing determinants and revenue protection.
• Asset management for meters, transformers, feeders.
Salary Range: $170,000-190,000 a year
