We are seeking a technically skilled and solution-oriented Process Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing processes across our specialty chemical operations. You will play a critical role in supporting daily production operations while driving initiatives that improve efficiency, reliability, and product quality.

As a member of the Manufacturing Operations team, you will help ensure our processes remain safe, compliant, cost-effective, and capable of meeting evolving business and customer requirements.

What will you be doing?
  • Support Manufacturing Operations: Provide technical support to production teams to ensure safe, stable, and efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Optimize Process Performance: Analyze process data to identify opportunities for improving yield, throughput, quality, reliability, and cost performance.
  • Troubleshoot Process Issues: Investigate process upsets, quality deviations, and operational challenges to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead and support initiatives focused on process optimization, waste reduction, energy efficiency, and operational excellence.
