Deine Aufgaben
  • Du gibst technische Führung für die Planung von Produktionsanforderungen, Prozessen und Personal.

Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Chemieingenieurwesen und mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der chemischen/petrochemischen Industrie oder ähnlichem Umfeld.
  • Sehr gute zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams und Projekten, auch in schwierigen Umgebungen.
  • Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Finanzielles Verständnis zur Verwaltung von Budgets und Entwicklung von Strategien.
  • Kenntnisse in SAP (Planung, Einkauf, Instandhaltung).
