SUMMARY: 

  • Supports process improvement and scheduling while driving the creation, standardization, and maintenance of documentation to enhance operational efficiency while building upon foundational skills in project management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with conducting process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, standardization, streamline work, and reduce waste.
  • Partner with manger to build schedules, track dependencies and status, ensuring they are maintained and adjusted.
  • Assist in writing documentation, process walkthroughs, maintaining SDLC methodologies, and improving departmental processes.
  • Contribute to process improvement by standardizing templates and documentation practices in tools like Confluence, Jira, and TestRail from Director's plan.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Interest in developing skills in project management and process improvement.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years in a Quality Assurance Lead or Game Production position.
  • Strong proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Confluence) and project management software (e.g., Jira or MS Project).
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent understanding of Development and QA process, tools, and practices.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or cross-functional team environments.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
