The team leads process improvement initiatives for Upstream Facility Services, focusing on optimizing tools and equipment management. They oversee supplier relationships, monitor key performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. By partnering with Field Operations, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Safety teams, they align priorities and enhance operational efficiency. The team leverages advanced analytics and AI to support proactive decision-making, cost optimization, and process standardization. Their efforts ensure service quality, cost control, and sustainable improvements across the tools and equipment lifecycle, contributing to the organization’s operational excellence.
