Adecco is currently assisting a Client in their search to fill a Hybrid Process Improvement Consultant position located in Chandler, AZ 85224 zip code.

Pay Rate: $88.03/HR

Shift: Mon – Fri between 8am – 5pm (Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week)

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative professional to lead the end-to-end execution of Enterprise Process Management (EPM) and Global Tech (GT) deliverables, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. This role is responsible for managing Core Technology Infrastructure’s Single Process Inventory (SPI) while driving compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise policies. As a key representative of the Line of Business (LOB), you will participate in cross-functional routines, analyze process performance to identify improvement opportunities, and build strong partnerships across stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an influential communicator who can foster a culture of accountability, proactively manage operational and compliance risk, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end tracking of Enterprise Process Management (EPM) and Global Tech (GT) deliverables ensuring successful and timely executions.

  • Effectively manage Core Technology Infrastructure's Single Process Inventory (SPI) ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, Enterprise Process Management and Global Operational and Compliance Risk Management Policies, and Standards.

  • Actively participate in all the Horizontal routines, representing the voice of the LOB and cascading information back to the LOB as appropriate.

  • Review the Process dashboards as well as analytics and insights on opportunities for improvement.

  • Drive adherence to enterprise policies, operational standards, and risk-based practices.

  • Foster strong partnerships across lines of business, risk partners, and process owners to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution of priorities.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams & second-line risk partners to proactively manage operational / compliance risk.

  • Influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization to embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee CTI issues alignment, including standardized processes, proactive SPI assessments, and timely remediation.

  • Support the evolution of process management discipline through effective gatekeeping, governance routines, and continuous improvement practices.

  • Champion OpEx focused initiatives that modernize platforms, improve efficiency, and promote standardization.

  • Enable digital transformation efforts by introducing workflow tools, automation opportunities, and operational enhancements.

  • Strategically nurture positive relationships to drive value, build partnerships, and evolve a collaborative culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Technology, or related field (MBA or certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in process governance, operational risk, or relationship management roles.

  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and delivering measurable outcomes.
