HR Coordinator - Contractor
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized HR Coordinator contractor to support HR projects, process documentation, and employee experience initiatives. This role will focus on creating clear, user-friendly materials and assisting with HR program rollout efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

  • Create step-by-step SOPs for self-service stations, including photos and clear instructions
  • Support the Employee of the Month program, including coordination, communications, and recognition materials
  • Develop process maps for various HR topics and workflows
  • Assist with the rollout of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), including planning and coordination support
  • Prepare and organize new hire packets and onboarding materials
  • Collaborate with HR team members to document processes and improve consistency
  • Draft and format professional HR materials for employees and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Support additional HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to create clear, polished process documents and visual materials
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
