Assists the Process Change Manager and coordinate the development of solutions and projects as assigned. The Assistant Process Change Manager will direct the use of Lean Tools and Six Sigma Methods to gather, summarize, and analyze data necessary for solution development and rollout. Support Supply Chain objectives and coordination with cross functional teams within divisions and suppliers. Develop solutions working collaboratively with divisions, suppliers. Minimumย 

  • Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
  • 3 years' experience in Business Process Re-engineering/Process Improvement
  • 3 years' Project management experience
  • Ability to guide a team of highly driven and talented individuals
  • Ability to prioritize and assign work according to business priorities and strategies
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Understanding of organizational impacts that result from changes in business processes and technologies
  • Ability to direct the development and documentation of business processes
  • Ability to escalate issues appropriately
  • Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to drive toward solutions
  • Ability to maintain a solutions-focused approach
  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma Tools
  • Ability to travel up to 30% independently

  • Lead process design of streamlined enterprise-level business processes that increase efficiencies, decrease cost, and focus on Friendly and Fresh organizational initiatives
  • Lead and develop Subject Matter Experts and Initiatives managers in regard to process and solution development.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with corporate and division leadership by documenting and defining business processes
  • Guide the facilitation of working sessions to develop current and future state processes
  • Set process modeling and documentation standards and update standards
  • Partner with divisions, and suppliers to develop and implement training modules consistent with standards
  • Collaborate with category managers and replenishment buyers to offer recommendations concerning processes for internal customers and 3rd party vendors
  • Consult with subject matter experts to develop potential business and technology solutions in order to advise on impact to business processes
  • Lead analysis to document the financial impact of process improvements reporting any budget impacts to division controller
  • Work closely with the supply chain senior leadership to understand and guide the business and logistics priorities
  • Define and document current and future state business processes, identify process improvement needs and develop plans to implement suggested improvements
