14712 - Business Process Consultant (onsite) - Tallahassee, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 6 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: primarily onsite in Tallahassee, FL. Candidates are required to attend in-person project meetings. Some remote work is acceptable and must be agreed upon.
Required:
Availability to work at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
IT business analysis experience (7+ years);
Business process engineering experience (4+ years);
Experience with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and business analyst software tools;
Experience in working on one or more projects as a project lead.
Preferred:
Financial experience;
Experience with the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) application;
Experience with the Florida Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management (PALM) application.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Work on large, complex projects that have an enterprise-wide impact and require subject matter expertise in multiple process improvement areas and mastery of process improvement tools;
Document requirements and/or user stories and other work items in Azure DevOps;
Analyze the business processes and make recommendations for business process improvements;
Develop meeting summaries, requirements documentation, screen designs, and other project documentation within required timeframes;
Develop and maintain test plans and scripts for testing;
Create and manage SQL queries and analyze data to respond to ad hoc requests, troubleshoot, test, or investigate anomalies, as needed;
Comply with Project Management Oversight Rule 60FGG-1.
