  • Analyze data across hundreds of strategic initiatives to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations using primarily Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Participate in planning, governance, and operational meetings, capturing key information, identifying underlying business issues, and recommending process improvements.
  • Take ownership of complex, end-to-end assignments with minimal direction while proactively identifying additional opportunities for improvement beyond the original request.
  • Partner with initiative owners and business stakeholders to improve adoption of program management processes and ensure consistent, high-quality data.
  • Help refine operating models, planning processes, governance frameworks, and performance measurement methodologies.
  • Leverage AI productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, or similar technologies) to improve analysis, reporting, documentation, and overall operational efficiency.

  • Strong consultative problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience analyzing complex datasets and creating meaningful reports for leadership.
  • Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear business narratives.
  • Experience owning or administering business processes, program management tools, portfolio management platforms, or similar operational systems.
  • Self-directed with exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and ownership.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, research, or business analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes.
