Are you an experienced engineer wanting to make a change to what you have been doing and would like an opportunity to see multiple parts of different industries? he candidates we are looking for can be anywhere in the US within a reasonable distance of a major airport or close to our headquarters in Horsham, PA, if you seek an office environment.

The position is within our Implementation Services team, and the responsibilities would be to install, configure, and train customers on using our Manufacturing Execution Software (MES).

Responsibilities
  • Train on and implement Aegis Software products. Both remote and travel to customer facilities as required.
  • Manage and communicate tasks/timelines for a given implementation project.
  • Attend project status calls and meetings.
  • Prepare agendas for upcoming customer workshops and visits.
  • Prepare daily trip reports communicating project status and updates to Aegis management.
  • Engage with customers to utilize FactoryLogix with their production processes, providing consulting on best practices and efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Proactively test customizations and integrations prior to client visits.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure implementation projects align with customer requirements and business goals.
  • Promptly elevate any issues or customer satisfaction concerns to the Implementation Manager.
  • Work with Lead or more Senior engineers to improve product knowledge and to develop/sharpen job skills.
Required Skills and Experience
  • College degree and/or extensive work experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated/self‑starter with strong initiative to succeed.
  • A positive attitude/customer advocate.
  • Travel within North America up to 75% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient with FactoryLogix or another MES software.
  • Accomplished software trainer or System Deployment Engineer.
  • Administration and advanced usage of Microsoft Server operating systems.
  • Proficient writing SQL queries and/or administration of Microsoft SQL systems.
  • Accomplished in manufacturing environments building electronic and/or mechanical products.
  • CAD Design software knowledge.
  • Integration with ERP and other infrastructure software.
