About the Role:
A primary focus will be assisting in the identification, assessment, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for both our organization and our clients. So, as an Operational Excellence Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting special projects, facilitating collaborative sessions, and contributing to strategic initiatives that directly impact our clients' business goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and recommend operational improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Solve complex operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Analyze, interpret, and present data to drive actionable insights and results.
  • Support the coordination and execution of business improvement initiatives for clients.
  • Utilize continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
  • Measure, document, and track progress toward established objectives and deadlines.
  • Perform financial reviews and budgeting with Clients.
  • Create and deliver presentations and reports for stakeholders.
