Job Description Process Engineering Manager 12-Month Contract Hybrid GTA We are looking for a senior, hands-on Process Engineering Manager to support large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate brings strong foundational process engineering experience and can independently assess current-state processes, identify risks and inefficiencies, design future-state processes, establish controls, and help operationalize new ways of working. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives across complex business and technology programs Assess current-state processes, controls, roles, handoffs and operating models Identify inefficiencies, risks, control gaps and improvement opportunities Design future-state processes that align with business needs and technology capabilities Define business rules, controls, ownership, exception handling and escalation paths Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders Produce detailed, polished process maps and supporting documentation Recommend practical approaches that move processes from design into implementation Support operational readiness through procedures, governance, training inputs and performance measures Identify opportunities to enable processes through workflow, automation, analytics, AI or other digital solutions Required Experience 6+ years of process engineering, process transformation, operational excellence or continuous improvement experience At least one substantial enterprise-scale digital or technology-enabled transformation Strong hands-on experience with current-state assessment, future-state design and process mapping Experience defining controls, risks, roles, handoffs, exceptions and escalation points Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills Ability to independently own and drive a process workstream Experience working in a large, complex enterprise environment Strong communication skills and the ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Kaizen or equivalent process-excellence certification Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping or Root Cause Analysis methodologies Experience within investment management, banking, asset management, wealth management or broader financial services Experience supporting enterprise platform implementations, workflow transformation, automation or digital transformation Experience with target operating models, operational readiness or business-process governance What Will Make You Stand Out Strong practical process engineering depth, not only project coordination or requirements gathering Experience independently creating detailed process maps and documentation Evidence of challenging inefficient processes and bringing forward recommendations Experience turning future-state designs into operational, executable processes Strong credibility with senior business and technology stakeholders Apply today!.
