As a Senior Process Engineer at QVC, you'll help drive innovation and operational excellence across our Fulfillment Centers, reporting to the Sr Manager, Process Engineering. Where You'll Work
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Bethlehem,PA Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
  • Work closely with site leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities that improve operations, support business goals, and align with the site roadmap.
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes, solve operational challenges, close performance gaps, and deliver measurable results.
  • Improve labor management practices by developing and refining labor standards, maintaining productivity tools, and using data and observations to help teams perform at their best.
  • Analyze and standardize work methods across the distribution network, helping to establish best practices and drive consistency across sites.
  • Serve as a trusted engineering partner on site, using data and operational insight to recommend solutions, support decision-making, and help teams achieve strong performance.
  • Support capital and automation projects from early assessment and business case development through implementation and results tracking.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years in industrial engineering or a related field, ideally within a fulfillment or distribution environment, with a strong understanding of warehouse management, controls, and execution systems and their impact across the business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Hands-on experience with leading warehouse management systems (e.g., Manhattan Associates, Red Prairie/JDA/Blue Yonder) and labor reporting systems (e.g., MOST, Standards Pro, Labor Pro).
  • Willingness to travel 15-25% to support multiple sites and projects.
