Job description

Location: Field-Based (Remote, Heavy Travel Required)
Territory: U.S. Hail Belt — Texas, Colorado, Illinois
Home Office: DFW – Lewisville, Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
PDR-Team, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to open and close Direct Repair Program (DRP) relationships with insurance carriers, MSOs, and fleets — converting our live pipeline into signed contracts ahead of the 2027 hail season. This is a field-based, remote role with heavy travel across the hail belt (TX, CO, IL) and to catastrophe (CAT) event regions as storms hit.
The ideal candidate has existing relationships with carrier DRP and claims decision-makers, a track record of closing enterprise or partnership deals with long sales cycles, and is comfortable with independent field selling and heavy travel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own carrier / MSO / fleet relationships end-to-end, from first contact to signed DRP.
  • Present PDR-Team's proprietary hail-scanning technology and rapid field-deployment model to claims and procurement teams.
  • Build and manage a pipeline in our CRM (Zoho); hit monthly contracts-signed targets.
  • Represent PDR-Team at industry expos and conventions.
  • Travel to prospects and to CAT (catastrophe) event regions as storms hit.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B sales / business development experience in auto insurance, collision / MSO, PDR, or a related claims or repair vertical.
  • Existing relationships with carrier DRP / claims decision-makers strongly preferred.
  • Track record of closing enterprise or partnership deals with long sales cycles.
  • Comfortable with heavy travel and independent field selling.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the hail belt (Texas, Colorado, Illinois).
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $90,000/year
  • Commission: 3.5% of revenue generated (variable, paid from revenue)
  • Travel Budget: $2,500/month
How to Apply
If you have industry relationships in insurance claims, collision, or PDR, and thrive on independent field selling with heavy travel, we´d love to hear from you.
