 What You Will Be Doing


As the Business Development Manager, you will focus on developing strong client relationships and driving lead generation efforts. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the VP of Sales, Director of Business Development, and our Account Executives on identifying and initiating client relationships for Multifamily Renovations and Restoration projects.

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. 
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and industry events. 
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all leads, prospects, and client activity within CRM. 
  • Work closely with the VP of Sales and Director of Business Development to support growth initiatives. 
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support client needs and communication. 
  • Research prospective clients, analyze data and market trends, and identify new business opportunities to support lead generation efforts. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials, event coordination, and trade show booth and display designs. 
  • Coordinate and assist with planning trade shows, including scheduling and ordering approved services required for trade shows and special events. 
  • Responsible for attending and developing lead opportunities at trade shows and special events when assigned. 
  • Support social media engagement and promotional content to enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts. 
  • Represent the Company professionally and report activities that may negatively impact goals and objectives to the VP of Sales. Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Requirements


  • 3-5 years of professional sales or business development experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Must understand construction materials, restoration, and renovation processes. 
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Some weekends are required when necessary.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and familiar with CRM platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter, embrace ambiguity, and uncompromising standards of excellence.
  • Occasional travel within the United States for trade shows.
