Product Development ManagerThis 120 year old family owned company is seeking a highly motivated Product Development Manager to join their Product Development & Technical Services Team, with a focus on Ready-to-Eat (RTE) breakfast cereals. This role offers a unique growth opportunity into broader Product Development and Ingredient Management responsibilities. You will work synonymously with different departments with a stream-lined process overseeing a team of 2 and portfolio of product lines expanding ingredient functionality, sourcing partners, and supplier relations. Prior experience in cereal, snack, or extruded product development is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage. This position involves cross-functional collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams including Sales, Quality, Procurement, and Operations.
