🔬 Hiring: Research Associate – Process Development

📍 Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite – 5 days/week)

We're looking for a Research Associate – Process Development to support viral vector production through laboratory experimentation and daily lab operations. The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Life Sciences or Engineering, hands-on lab experience (academic or industry), strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Preferred: Experience with centrifugation, filtration, and chromatography.
