Job Description

The Research Assistant (RA) provides support and assists in the conduct of novel research and evaluation of consumable goods. The RA performs a variety of technical, analytical, and administrative duties both independently and under supervision, in the execution of bringing various consumables to market. The RA works closely with team members to ensure project milestones and goals are reached while maintaining flexibility, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements.

  • Formulate and support development of new products based on relevant consumer insights in support of brand initiatives
  • Support key projects through the product development process as a Research and Development representative
  • Conduct performance and analysis evaluations of products
  • Read, understand and apply ISO/SOP/ANSI protocols

Would you describe yourself as someone who has:

  • Skilled in written communications for accurate data entry
  • Proficient with common software applications, including MSOffice. Experience with databases or research reporting tools is helpful
  • Great interest in research and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills to nurture teamwork and foster an environment of achievement, as well as ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Some College/Bachelor’s degree preferred
