Location: Arab, AL
โ€ข MUST Have Blown Film Extrusion Experience
โ€ข A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferred).
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in blown film extrusion (highly preferred).
โ€ข Strong mechanical and manufacturing process skills and experience.
โ€ข Proven ability to support and lead Lean manufacturing activities.
โ€ข Keen analytical skills and understanding of problem-solving techniques and tools.
โ€ข Data-driven approach, coupled with discipline, objectivity, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  1. Fast-paced environment Continuous improvement, evaluating and refining our blown film manufacturing processes to optimize performance, minimize waste, and elevate product quality.
