What Youll Do

As a Process Guide, youll act as a key support partner to supervisors and associates on the floor:

  • Guide day-to-day warehouse operations (picking, packing, shipping, receiving)
  • Train and onboard new team members
  • Ensure processes are followed correctly and safely
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and remove bottlenecks
  • Perform quality checks to maintain accuracy and productivity
  • Communicate updates and priorities to team members
  • Support performance tracking and operational goals


What Were Looking For

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Experience in a lead, trainer, or mentor role is a plus
