Job description

Make a difference in students’ educational journeys by supporting classrooms as a dedicated paraprofessional for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. In this contract role, you’ll partner closely with teachers and staff to provide essential assistance and help foster an inclusive, engaging learning environment.

Your background as a paraprofessional or in similar support roles will allow you to contribute directly to student success, especially for those requiring additional guidance. Adaptability, empathy, and a collaborative spirit are key as you help deliver individualized and small group instruction, assist with classroom management, and facilitate student participation in activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Recent experience as a paraprofessional or instructional aide within a school environment
  • Familiarity with supporting students in a variety of academic and/or behavioral needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow directions and take initiative
  • Patience and dedication to fostering a positive classroom atmosphere
  • Experience working with special education populations is highly valued
