Job description

The Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) at Speech Therapy Enhancement, Inc. supports licensed speech-language pathologists by implementing individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, and communication skills primarily in children. Under the supervision of a certified speech-language pathologist, the SLPA assists with in-person and teletherapy sessions, collects client progress data, and adapts activities to meet client needs. This role demands compassion and patience to foster an encouraging environment that promotes client engagement and success, ultimately enhancing clients' communication abilities and quality of life.

Responsibilities
